Leisure Riding

At Riding Academy of Crete one can experience the unique feeling of riding in the countryside or at the beach. We offer various programms all year round which are hourly rides or day rides of up to 5 hours. We provide you with approved helmets and an english speaking guide will escort you.
 

Beginner Rides

If this is your first experience with horses, it will be for sure a very strong experience. We recommend that you take a private lesson before going on the mountains.

This introductory lesson will give you all the tips you need in order to enjoy the outdoor riding as much as possible. All our horses are very well trained  and will take you on a safe tour. 

Experienced Rides

If riding is your passion you will enjoy the ride on the beach as well as the rides up on the Cretan mountains. After a short assesment which targets to a good match with your horse you will be ready to go.

We provide you with an approved helmet and at our centre you can find a tack shop where all riding accessories are sold.

We can offer rides to people of maximum height 1,80m and weight 80kg.
