Paid Staff
As paid staff, one can join our team provided he/she can commit themselves to a minimum of a 3 month employment contract. We hire grooms, riding instructors, workers, gardeners, catering waiters, kitchen staff, etc. Ippikos provides a nice working environment, accommodation, and compensation depending on experience and position of employment.
If you are interested in joining our team of paid staff please send us over your CV, a recent photo and a short cover letter telling us what position you are interested and how long you want to work with us.
Volunteers
Each year a whole team of volunteers are helping us to run Ippikos. Volunteers are usually involved in horse grooming, gardening, catering tasks, etc. The volunteer team consists up from young people coming from all around the world. The minimum stay time is 3 weeks. We provide accommodation, a volunteering polo shirt, some meals and pocket money.
